At Aviation Health, our dedicated team of professionals is fully committed to providing comprehensive support for the overall wellbeing of all aviation personnel.

Pilots

Being an airline pilot can be an extremely stressful job due to the workload, responsibilities and safety of the thousands of passengers they transport around the world. Fatigue, Chronic levels of stress can negatively impact one's health, job performance and cognitive functioning. We have to make it easier for pilots to come forward and talk when they need to.  They need to feel safe and trust in the confidentiality of their support programme.  Ours is 100% independent & confidential.

Cabin Crew

One of the biggest issues is fatigue due to long hours away from home during certain times of the year such as holidays or peak travel periods when more flights are available. Another problem that can arise is dealing with unhappy or unruly passengers, which can make a flight attendant's job much more stressful

Air Traffic Controllers

Being an air traffic controller is an extremely high-stress job, with workers responsible for the movement and direction of thousands of lives onboard commercial and general aviation aircraft every day. Poor mental health can have a significant impact on ATCs' job performance and safety.

Technical Crew

In this industry, it is quite common to experience long flight hours, shift work, stress, burnout, insomnia, attention problems, and various other challenges. When the plane is on the ground, the individuals responsible for its care and preparation prior to take-off and after landing are known as the Ground Crew. This team includes technicians, engineers, mechanics, and support staff.

Airport Staff

From the security staff stationed at the entrance to the personnel manning the boarding gates, all individuals fall within the realm of airport staff. Those working in airport management, security, check-in, baggage handling, immigration, and passenger services should be provided with mental health support.

Aviation Administrators

Almost every country has its aviation ministry. Professionals working in these ministries and regulatory bodies are called aviation administrators. Their role is to oversee safety standards, regulations, and industry policies
