While pilots undergo yearly medical evaluations to ensure their physical fitness for flying and obtain a medical certificate these health examinations primarily prioritise physical well-being, it is crucial not to overlook the equally important aspect of mental health care. We meticulously examine the common mental challenges that pilots encounter and propose effective strategies for managing them through our wellbeing coaching, counselling & pilot peer support programmes.

The field of Aviation is renowned for its demanding nature, with stress  being ever-present.  Given the fact that the pilot community is made up of approximately 90% male and for generations we have being telling men to be the 'strong silent type' has lead to suppression of emotions and unhealthy avoidant strategies.  While EASA introduced regulations for all Air Operators in Europe to have a peer support programme in place for their pilots, the reality is that many pilots do not trust the confidentiality of their own peer support programme.  That is where we come in, 100% independent and 100% confidential.  Whatever the challenge is we have the right psychotherapist to support you back to good health.
